March of Dimes Rhode Island 10^th Annual Signature Chefs Auction

Chef Cardell and Temple’s General Manger, Jared Chorney represented Temple Downtown at the 10^th annual March of Dimes Signature Chef event in Newport, RI. This was a fabulous event with the most talented chefs in RI showcasing their cuisine. Chef Cardell put on his world famous pig roast for the over 300 guests and truly was the talk of the event. We even had people pose with the pig! Over $50,000 was raised for a great cause. Check out the event here:

Here at Temple we take a lot of pride in our cocktail menu. It’s a joint effort between managers, chefs, front and back of house ambassadors. Daily we are discussing what’s hot and what’s not. What’s not?? Unnatural mixed cocktails. What’s hot??? Our megalomaniac, its house in-fused chili and mango vodka with fresh squeezed lime and mango puree. It’s definitely HOT!!
