Let’s talk about Temple winning the Providence Phoenix Best of 2011 reader’s poll for Best Fancy Bar and Best Hotel Bar.  The awards were handed down at a cocktail reception Wednesday evening in Providence.  Temple was the only restaurant to win multiple awards as well.  “We pride ourselves on promoting a hip and relaxed vibe in our lounge” Says Brian Martin, restaurant manager at Temple.  The cocktail list is ever evolving and keeps our guests coming back to check out the next cool drink.  The lounge offers a great venue for an after work gathering place or for a late night cocktail.  Live jazz on Thursday evenings adds to the low key style of the Temple lounge.  The bar bites menu has also really taken off and our guests really like the fact that they can have a really nice cocktail and an affordable snack at the bar.
